It has been a while since I last checked in. I don't know how people get on with Twitter and the like when I struggle to post an update once a quarter!
It appears the financial world may be beginning to melt again in the past few weeks. What relevance does this have with ink cartridges and toners? Well, at the beginning of the month the Ausie dollar was buying 92 US cents but this has slumped more than 10%. Since we started up the website we have noticed the manufacturers will absorb the difference for a while but if they think it will become a major trend they will pass it on. So at some stage look at for the price of ink cartrdges and toners to go up maybe 10%. When you combine the impending end of financial year which is upon us all signs point to buying a couple of extra ink cartridges in your next order.
I will post back here if/when I notice any manufacturers change their prices but hopefully they hold off and the Aussie dollar fights back!
Oh and just a reminder if you want to offset any increase you can always try a compatible ink cartridge. We have been using these in the office and have found them great for everyday prints of invoices and the like. You can save lots too!
You can find compatible ink cartridges here and compatible toners here
Until next time.
