Shipping & Delivery

We use three warehouses around Australia to ensure you order is dispatched in the shortest time possible. At this time we only deliver to Australian locations. Orders will require a signature. Where repeated attempts are made to deliver your order we reserve the right to charge additional shipping, at cost. We recommend you ship to an address that is occupied during business hours. For situations where no one is available you may contact us and request your order to be left without authority. This is at your own risk.

Privacy & Security

Our website uses 128 bit security to encrypt all private information. Placing orders through our website is the only secure method for orders. For this reason we do not recommend emailing us details, such as credit card details, which you would not want publicly available. We will not sell or distribute your details ever. Any details which we are required to keep by law such as order history will be maintained on our secure server. As per our merchant agreement your credit card details are erased after processing.

Returns & Replacements

Should you receive a cartridge which doesn't work on arrival please contact us as soon as possible. We will provide you with details to return it. Should you order the incorrect cartridge for the printer we will exchange it for the correct cartridge but all postages costs will be passed back to you. There will also be a 20% restocking fee to cover our time processing paper work and re packing orders. Should you have any concerns over which cartridge to order please confirm with us prior to ordering. If you receive an order which contains an incorrect order (packing error) we will pay for all shipping and returns. To arrange any returns or replacements please contact us.

Ordering

To place an order, please browse to your selected product either by using the menu or searching for the model number. Click "Add to cart" to add the item into your shopping cart. When you have finished adding items to your cart click "Checkout". From here you can create an account or choose to checkout without an account. We recommend you checkout with an account as this allows you to look back on order history etc. Once you have filled out your personal details your order will be on its way!

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

While every attempt is made to ensure correct product details such as description, title, compatible printers etc for time to time these may not be correct. We will accept product exchanges in these circumstances at our discretion. We reserve the right to adjust our prices at any time and in the case of incorrect pricing not ship any order with incorrect pricing which may cause a trading loss.
