At Quick Ink we try to make shipping as easy as possible. We don't have confusing policies nor do we make you sign up for accounts before we will talk to you about our shipping prices. Our shipping prices are as follows. Ink cartridges, toners and fax cartridges
We charge a low flat rate of $8.50 regardless of how much you order*. Of course our shipping calculator will give an estimate once you add your selected products to the shopping cart. Printers are shipped for $15 Yes only $15 almost anywhere*. You can try to find cheaper shipping for printers but honestly it doesn't get cheaper than this! Anything else you would like to know? Q: How long does it take for me to recieve my order? A: We like to say between 2 and 5 days. However that does depend on a few things such as how you pay (credit card is the fastest), if we have you products in stock (contact us if you would like to find out our stock levels) and where you are located. Q: Where are you located? A: We are located in Western Australia but generally we ship from a warehouse in your state. This speeds up your delivery time and keeps our shipping costs lower, which we can pass on to you. Q: When will I know my goods have been shipped? A: We will send you a quick email at each stage of the order process. You will recieve an email to say your order has been received, one while your order is getting processed, and one when we dispatched your order. Q: Will you ship goods your have in stock and then deliver any you don't have in stock later? A: Yes. On most occassions if you order multiple items and we don't have all of them currently in stock we will ship the ones we have in stock and then you will get the other items a short time after, when they arrive in stock. Q: Will you ship to PO boxes? A: No. Because we often use couriers to ship our goods, they will not deliver to a PO Box. Q: My order hasn't arrived what now? A. If you have waited 5 business days without any luck than please contact us urgently. Some times the courier has missed you and the card they leave has been lost and we just need to arrange re-delivery. We can check with our tracking code and give you an update. Q: I have another question not answered here. A: Please contact us. * We reserve the right to change our shipping costs if your location is remote. Of course, we will email you and confirm this is ok before processing your order. This policy mostly applies to bulky orders send to regional NT and TAS. |
