We get many people ask us if our products are covered by warranty. All of our products listed on this website are sourced through major Australian Wholesalers which the manufacturer has authorised to sell their products in Australia.

Other traders on the internet are selling products imported from other countries and while this may save you $2-$3 dollars on an ink cartridge the manufacturer can generally tell where the product has come from by the packaging or in some cases by product codes. We strongly suggest you do not try these cartridges, even if you don't purchase from us, because manufacturers will not cover products not bought in Australia by warranty. They must be returned to the country of purchase.

As a rule of thumb most ink cartridges have a 3 month warranty and printers have 1 year from date of purchase. Although every product varies so please contact us if you would like warranty information on a particular product.
